Volunteering = Mitzvot
Volunteering provides a sense of purpose and achievement, no matter what the task. Volunteering and doing mitzvot brings each individual into harmony with one another and with God. Being a volunteer constantly reaffirms our commitment to Judaism, as well as challenges us to review the ethical and spiritual standards by which we live. Our volunteers perform mitzvot with vitality and enthusiasm, not merely by rote. The act of doing mitzvot nourishes ones soul and creates an example of high ethical and spiritual standards for the community as a whole.
Our volunteers are everywhere at Temple Solel and the greater Jewish and non-Jewish community. Their commitment to volunteering enables our community to run smoothly, and allows our members to become a more integral part of the greater Phoenix community.
