Celebrating Rosh Chodesh (the new month)

6:00-7:00pm – Learning and Discussion Together
Each month the women of Temple Solel gather (virtually) for
the opportunity to reconnect with each other and to learn and
discuss a topic. For the next few months we will be exploring
Jewish women’s modern poetry, writing and midrashim from
the last century using the book Four Centuries of Jewish
Women’s Spirituality. You do not have to purchase the book.
We will share all selections on the Zoom screen as we read
and discuss them.
In October, Marilyn Carson will lead us in delving into some
beautiful Jewish women’s spiritual writings from the last 50-
70 years. Save these future Rosh Chodesh dates on your
calendar: November 3, December 1.
Each month, Rabbi Stiel will end the program with prayers for the new Hebrew month!
