Ian Eckstein is an entrepreneur and business owner who has been building and
operating successful companies since 2015. He earned his MBA from San Diego
State University and is the founder and CEO of Hyperion Insights, a Scottsdale-
based digital marketing and analytics firm with a 15-person team. His work is
rooted in practical problem-solving and measurable outcomes, with a focus on
building strong teams and durable businesses.
Ian has been an active member of Temple Solel and has served on the Budget
and Finance Committee, driven by a belief that community is a responsibility, not
just a place you show up to. He cares deeply about Jewish values like
stewardship, transparency, and caring for one another, and he sees this role as
an opportunity to support Solel’s mission with thoughtful accountability, helping
ensure the community remains strong l’dor vador.
Ian lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Christina. They are expecting their first child
this March and are thrilled to have the opportunity to raise her in a Jewish
household and community. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and
friends, hiking one of Arizona's many incredible trails, and perfecting his latest
BBQ recipe, which for him is equal parts craft, patience, and bringing people
together around a table.
