It’s time for our final package of the year, to help your kids get through the Red Sea (or that last semester) and onward to freedom!

If you have one or more children currently in college, and did not fill out the survey previously, or know of an address change, please fill out their information at the survey here. For those who already filled out the survey before Rosh Hashanah or Hanukkah, your children are already on our list–no need to do it again! The deadline for response for a Passover Package is

Friday, March 20th.

We will once again be doing a care package packing party for parents. Save the date for Thursday, March 26th at 6pm to volunteer!

This packing party will be different. We ask that parents bring 20 items – inexpensive gifts or snacks that a college kid would appreciate – to go in the packages. Here are some Passover themed suggestions; chocolate matzah, Matzah (stress) balls, dried fruit, chocolate covered marshmallows, Seder haggadah or plastic Seder plates (all Kosher for Passover). Temple Solel will provide the boxes and wine & cheese for the parents to enjoy!

Please let us know what you plan to supply for the packages so that we have a variety for the students.

This is the last package of support to our Solel students for the school year. If you have any suggestions for how to continue engaging your kids, or are interested in taking on a leadership role for College Connections next year, please be in touch.
