9:30 am Family Friendly Service for school-age children and their families 12:00 pm Yom Kippur Day Service 2:30 pm Study Session led by Judy Schaffert 3:00 pm Children’s Service (open to the community) 2:30-4:00 pm Open Ark: A quiet time for reflection and prayer. 4:00 pm Healing Service featuring contemplative chanting and an opportunity for individual prayer open to everyone. 4:30 pm Afternoon Torah Service, Yizkor, and Ni’lah—open to everyone. Sukkot is one of the most joyful festivals on the Jewish calendar. “Sukkot,” a Hebrew word meaning "booths" or "huts," refers to the Jewish festival of giving thanks for the fall harvest. The holiday has also come to commemorate the 40 years of Jewish wandering in the desert after the giving of the Torah atop Mt. Sinai.

Torah Study
Torah Study is an adult education class for people of all backgrounds. Everyone is welcome. The class meets every Saturday morning from 9 am to 10 am. It is a group discussion of the weekly Torah portion, led by the rabbis in the winter and the students in the summer.
