Rabbinic Transition at
Temple Solel
In January 2024 Rabbi Linder informed the Temple Solel Board of Trustees of his intention to retire at the conclusion of his contract on June 30, 2025. The Temple Solel Board of Trustees has created several committees to facilitate the transition to a new Senior Rabbi for our community. Rabbi Linder will celebrate his final High Holy Day Services this fall as Senior Rabbi (2024) and we will have many opportunities to celebrate Rabbi Linder before June 30, 2025.

- AS A URJ AFFILIATED CONGREGATION, WHERE WILL WE FIND CANDIDATES Through our affiliation with Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), we are fortunate to partner with the Central Conference of American Rabbis (CCAR) as the exclusive recruitment entity for CBH’s next Rabbi. This is a service that the URJ/CCAR provides for all affiliated congregations as a part of our annual dues. CCAR has a long track record of successful rabbinic placements and all candidates will be presented through their network.
